  • Each job and photographer has different rates. Contact us and we will provide you with a rate card or quote.

  • Naarm/Melbourne. Our office is in Brunswick East. Our photographers are available to travel regionally and interstate.

  • You can definitely request a speficifc photographer from the team. Mention their name when filling out the form on our  Contact page. If you aren’t sure of their name include link or description of the image/s you like.

  • Yes definitely, we want to make sure you are connected with the right photographer for your vision. I can send through portfolios of suitable photographers that are available for the shoot.

  • We may include an access rider when we quote for your photoshoot request. These are guidelines in preparation for our photographers visit to ensure everything runs smoothly and comfortably for all parties involved.

    This might include things like: No handshakes, needs to avoid stairs, please communicate via text not phone calls. 

    These are the same type of request as any details any colleague or staff member may provide within a workplace.

    This creates an opportunity to make any accommodations and discuss solutions to possible limitations.

    We ofcourse also welcome access riders or any access information from you which we will pass on to the photographer.

  • We would love to accommodate your access needs. Please let us know any details you are comfortable with sharing and we can create a plan to accommodate these. This could include booking a specific studio, ensuring a low sensory shoot, shorter period of time, flexible booking date.

  • Theresa will liase with you for all booking details, briefing and financial matters on behalf of the photographer.  If you would like to chat to direct to the photographer we can definitely arrange a meeting. This is helpful for shoots where the extensive briefing or creative input from the photographer is required in advance.

  • Yes they do. I have shared the Hidden Disabilities website with them and they know to keep an eye out for the sunflower when shoots.

  • Yes we do - here is the nitty gritty below.

    • Booking Confirmation
      Upon confirmation of a booking, the Photographer agrees to reserve the agreed-upon date and time exclusively for the Client. Accordingly, the Photographer will decline any other bookings or engagements for the same date and time.

    • Deposit Requirement
      A non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total quoted fee is required at the time of booking. The booking will not be deemed confirmed until the deposit has been received in full by the Photographer.

    • Cancellation by Client
      a. In the event that the Client cancels the booking at any time after confirmation, the 50% deposit shall be forfeited in full and shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
      b. For cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled booking date and time, the Client shall be liable for one hundred percent (100%) of the total quoted fee. Any outstanding balance shall become due and payable immediately upon cancellation.

  • Raws are not included in the quoted rate. If you have a need for the raw files please let us know and we can quote a rate for you to purchase the some or all of the raw files.

  • If the photos are being used to promote you, your product, or your business, absolutely—get those pics out there!

    If other people or businesses would like to use the images for their own purposes, we’ll just need to sort that out in writing with a small additional fee.

    We love sharing the work, but it’s important that one shoot isn’t used commercially by multiple businesses without the right permissions.

    Exception: Event sponsors are welcome to share a few images on their socials to show their involvement. Any other use would just need to be licensed separately.

  • Yes, we are learning and working on this as we go. If there is something particular you have issues and you have the spoons to share feedback we are here to receive it. As a disabled owned and led company we take access seriously. I have to pace my energy a lot. I’ve got a check list I’m working through to improve access as best I can.

  • We are hoping to onboard some new team members this year. With preference going to professionals who identify as living with a disability or from the LGBTQIA+ community with existing experiencing working in the field. If that’s you get in touch via the contact page with your folio.

  • Yes please do, we want to ensure you are happy with your end results. Feedback and edit requests are absolutely encouraged. Often it’s a simple fix - shift the colours, brighten the image, tighter crops - no problem.

    Want to request a different file size? easy peasy.

    Extensive retouching we can also do however it will require an additional fee.
